Before registering for an exam, all candidates, or their parent or legal guardian where applicable, must read our Terms and Conditions. Flexible Exam Options
We understand the challenges of balancing extracurricular examinations with school assessments. Although we encourage students to complete both exams in one sitting, you can choose from:

Both Practical and Theory Examinations

Practical-only Examination

Theory-only Examination
Shared Theory Grade
Candidates taking examinations in multiple subjects at the same grade are required to sit only one Theory examination for that grade.
Example
Dinesh completes Grade 5 Miruthangam (Practical and Theory) in April. When applying for Grade 5 Vocal in September, he only needs to apply for the Practical examination. His Grade 5 Miruthangam Theory score will be applied to his Grade 5 Vocal result.
